Simon was amazing - he was so helpful, friendly and professional. He was in comms throughout the day and he left me feeling really happy when I picked up my car. He is a star and single handedly the best customer service I've ever received from Ford in the 5 years I have been coming to the outlet at Trinity Gardens. Noting also that he had about 4 people there and each person he spoke to was dealt with the exact same level of customer service that I received.
